My name is Abie A, and I am a female home carer with a passion for helping others. I have experience in a variety of care types, including live-in, hourly, and overnight care. I have worked with clients who have Mild Cognitive Impairment, are bedbound, and have Parkinson's Disease, as well as individuals dealing with anxiety and depression.
While I may not be able to drive or have a car, I make up for it with my dedication to providing excellent care. I have honed my skills in tasks such as bathing, toileting, assistance with dressing, catheter care, and companionship. I believe that proper care should not only meet physical needs but also provide emotional support and companionship.
Outside of my caregiving role, I enjoy various hobbies. Walking helps me stay active and maintain a healthy lifestyle, while dancing allows me to express myself and let loose. Cooking and baking are activities that bring me joy, and I love to share the tasty results with those around me. I also have a knack for decorating and gardening, as I find creating beautiful spaces both satisfying and fulfilling.
In terms of pet preferences, I am comfortable caring for cats, dogs, fish, rabbits, and birds. I have always had a soft spot for animals and understand the importance of their companionship in the lives of those I care for.
As a person, I am caring, friendly, and always willing to lend a helping hand. I have a genuine desire to make a positive difference in people's lives and help them maintain as much independence as possible.
